Hot Coffee Café & Play Booking Policy
We're so excited to welcome you and your little ones to our cozy café and imaginative playroom! To keep the space comfortable and enjoyable for everyone, please review our booking guidelines below:
Who Can Play
Our playroom is designed for children 9 months to 7 years old. All bookings must be made for each child participating in play. You can select multiple participants before checking out! We are limiting session guests to Maximum 10 kids at this time to ensure an amazing experience for everyone. Children under 9 months are permitted in the Play area, however they are not permitted on any toys, play structures or areas where play is occurring without signing a waiver in advance. Play sessions vary from 1- 2 hours in length. Time length will be posted on each session booking and confirmation. Session lengths may vary due to parties and events.
Adult Admission
Each child’s booking includes one accompanying adult at no extra charge. For example - 2 kids = 2 adults included!
If additional adults would like to join but are not accompanying a paid child, we kindly ask that they make a café purchase during their visit. This helps us manage space and maintain the welcoming environment we strive to provide.
Events
Hot Coffee Café & Play welcomes all families to enjoy our space. To ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone, hosting birthday parties during regular play sessions is not permitted. We want everyone during the play sessions to have a great experience. Any celebration involving cake/cupcakes, gifts, or organized group activities is considered a birthday party and must be booked through our Birthday Party Package.
If a birthday party is hosted without a booking, the remainder of a birthday party fee will be applied. To celebrate with us, please book a birthday party package in advance.
Rescheduling and Refund Policy
We understand that things come up—kids get sick and plans change! You can reschedule your booking online up to 24 hours in advance. With less than 24 hours’ notice, we’re unable to offer rescheduling or refunds due to limited spots and high demand.

Just Visiting the Café?
No reservation is required if you're visiting only the café without using the playroom — we’d love to serve you!
