Service Description
A deeply relaxing one-hour wellness experience combining immersive sound healing with a therapeutic foot massage by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). Gentle sound frequencies and intentional touch work together to calm the nervous system, release tension, and restore balance from the ground up. Arrival & Grounding (5 min) Guests settle in and are guided into a relaxed, grounded state. Sound Bath + Foot Massage (80 min) A soothing sound journey with crystal singing bowls and chimes, paired with a gentle foot massage to promote circulation, tension release, and full-body relaxation. Closing & Integration (5 min) Soft grounding sounds and quiet integration to leave you feeling calm, centered, and renewed. Cancellation Policy
Hot Coffee Café & Play – Event Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate our guests. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our staff, the following cancellation policy applies to all special events, evening rentals, and private bookings: 1. Cancellations Made More Than 72 Hours Before the Event • Clients may cancel more than 72 hours before the scheduled event time. • A cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking cost will apply. • The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method. 2. Cancellations Within 72 Hours of the Event • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable. • No credits or transfers will be issued. 3. No-Shows • Failure to attend a booked event without prior notice is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
