Looking for the perfect space to host your next gathering? Hot Coffee Café & Play is available for private events Sunday to Thursday after 7pm, or during opening hours for an additional rate. ✨ Customize your booking by adding exclusive use of our playroom, perfect for family-friendly celebrations. Birthdays | Retirement | Anniversary | Christmas Party | Engagement | Mini Weddings | Education Events | Office Parties Pricing: Afterhours- Ranges from $200-$250 an hour depending on inclusions During Normal Hours - $300-$350 (Close down cafe) Food and Service - In house or External catering available - 2 Staff members during event and assist with clean up - Ability to order from cafe menu and full beverage service - Optional inclusion of playroom To inquire about availability and pricing, please complete our request form or email us at info@hotcoffeecafe.ca

Cancellation Policy
Hot Coffee Café & Play – Event Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate our guests. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our staff, the following cancellation policy applies to all special events, evening rentals, and private bookings: 1. Cancellations Made More Than 7 Days Before the Event • Clients may cancel more than 7 days before the scheduled event time. • A cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking cost will apply. • The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method. 2. Cancellations Within 7 days of the Event • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable. • No credits or transfers will be issued. 3. No-Shows • Failure to attend a booked event without prior notice is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
