Let’s try again! ✨ Sherri will be offering 10-minute individual mini sessions throughout the café — from cozy corners to playful spots, and even outdoors if the weather cooperates. Each session is designed to capture natural, authentic portraits in a fun setting. Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling can be completed up until 24hours prior to booking time. You can change your reservation online yourself! We understand that plans change, children get sick and things happen! We are also a small family run business and spots are limited. Anything less than 24 hours will not be refunded. Impromptu events: Hot Coffee Café & Play welcomes all families to enjoy our space. To ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone, hosting birthday parties during regular play sessions is not permitted. We want everyone during the play sessions to have a great experience. Any celebration involving cake/cupcakes, gifts, or organized group activities is considered a birthday party and must be booked through our Birthday Party Package. If a birthday party is hosted without a booking, the remainder of a birthday party fee will be applied. To celebrate with us, please book a birthday party package in advance.
