Bring your dad, husband, brother, son, grandfather, or a great friend and celebrate Father's Day with a fun morning of movement and community. Whether you walk, jog, or run, this event is for all ages and fitness levels. For extra fun, come dressed like Dad! Think classic white New Balance runners, cargo shorts, jorts, tracksuits, tucked-in T-shirts, backwards hats, tube socks, and all the legendary dad fashion choices we know and love. After the run, head over to Hot Coffee and Play for discounted drip coffee for Dad and some well-earned post-run conversation. Cancellation Policy
Hot Coffee Café & Play – Event Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate our guests. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our staff, the following cancellation policy applies to all special events, evening rentals, and private bookings: 1. Cancellations Made More Than 7 Days Before the Event • Clients may cancel more than 7 days before the scheduled event time. • A cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking cost will apply. • The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method. 2. Cancellations Within 7 days of the Event • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable. • No credits or transfers will be issued. 3. No-Shows • Failure to attend a booked event without prior notice is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
