Hot Coffee Kids Social Club ☕🎲✨ We’re excited to launch FREE registered meetup nights for kids at Hot Coffee! A safe, welcoming space to: 🎨 Be creative 🎲 Play board games ✨ Meet new friends ☕ Enjoy treats & drinks 📵 Screen Free Time Ages 11–14 - Every Other Monday | 6:30–8:00 PM Ages 7–10 - Every Other Monday | 6:30–8:00 PM Spots are limited and registration is required. Parents are welcome to stay and relax too!

Cancellation Policy
Hot Coffee Café & Play – Event Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate our guests. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our staff, the following cancellation policy applies to all special events, evening rentals, and private bookings: 1. Cancellations Made More Than 7 Days Before the Event • Clients may cancel more than 7 days before the scheduled event time. • A cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking cost will apply. • The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method. 2. Cancellations Within 7 days of the Event • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable. • No credits or transfers will be issued. 3. No-Shows • Failure to attend a booked event without prior notice is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
