Join us for a festive Holiday Flower Workshop in partnership with Forcade Farms on December 11 at 7 pm. Each guest will create their own stunning holiday vase filled with fresh greens, seasonal blooms and ribbon accents in colours that suit your home and style. It’s the perfect night to unwind, relax and connect with friends while enjoying a creative break from the holiday rush. Drinks and snacks will be available for purchase, and the whole experience is only $65 per person. We can’t wait to see the beautiful arrangements you bring to life.

Cancellation Policy
Hot Coffee Café & Play – Event Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate our guests. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our staff, the following cancellation policy applies to all special events, evening rentals, and private bookings: 1. Cancellations Made More Than 72 Hours Before the Event • Clients may cancel more than 72 hours before the scheduled event time. • A cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking cost will apply. • The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method. 2. Cancellations Within 72 Hours of the Event • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable. • No credits or transfers will be issued. 3. No-Shows • Failure to attend a booked event without prior notice is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
