Cancellation Policy
Hot Coffee Café & Play – Event Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate our guests. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our staff, the following cancellation policy applies to all special events, evening rentals, and private bookings: 1. Cancellations Made More Than 72 Hours Before the Event • Clients may cancel more than 72 hours before the scheduled event time. • A cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking cost will apply. • The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method. 2. Cancellations Within 72 Hours of the Event • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable. • No credits or transfers will be issued. 3. No-Shows • Failure to attend a booked event without prior notice is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
