Join us for a relaxed, high-energy Family Trivia Night where everyone can play β kids, parents, and even the βknow-it-allβ in the group π π§ How it works: β’ 3 rounds β’ 10 questions each round β’ Each round = a different fun category (something for both kids + adults) π° Pricing: β’ $5 per family member (Max 6 per team) Bring your crew, test your knowledge, and enjoy a night full of laughs, light competition, and great vibes. β Grab your favorite drinks, enjoy some snacks, and make it a night out the whole family will actually want to come back to. π June 13th at 6 PM π 410 St. Albert Trail Unit 155 Spots are limited β DM us to reserve or come early to grab your table! Cancellation Policy
Hot Coffee CafΓ© & Play β Event Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate our guests. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our staff, the following cancellation policy applies to all special events, evening rentals, and private bookings: 1. Cancellations Made More Than 7 Days Before the Event β’ Clients may cancel more than 7 days before the scheduled event time. β’ A cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking cost will apply. β’ The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method. 2. Cancellations Within 7 days of the Event β’ Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable. β’ No credits or transfers will be issued. 3. No-Shows β’ Failure to attend a booked event without prior notice is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
