Cancellation Policy
Private Event Cancellation Policy We know life happens and plans can change! Here’s how cancellations work for private events at Hot Coffee Café & Play: • A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your event. This goes toward your total cost. • Cancel more than 14 days before your event → You’ll get a refund of any payments made, minus the $50 booking fee. • Cancel 7–14 days before your event → A 50% cancellation fee applies. • Cancel less than 7 days before your event → Sorry, no refunds will be issued. • Need to reschedule? If you let us know more than 14 days in advance, we’re happy to move your event to another available date, and your $50 booking fee will transfer over. We truly appreciate your understanding—our team puts lots of love and preparation into each event, and this policy helps us continue creating memorable experiences for you and your guests!
