Join us for a welcoming community conversation about the connection between movement, neurodivergence, mental health, and overall well-being. 📅 Tuesday, September 29, 2026 ⏰ 6:00 p.m 📍 Hot Coffee Cafe 155–410 St. Albert Trail, St. Albert Meet our speakers: ✨ Kyle Lobb is an autistic and neurodivergent adult, personal fitness trainer, and passionate advocate for the autistic community. Kyle specializes in supporting autistic clients through fitness and will share both his professional knowledge and lived experience. ✨ Meaghan, founder of LIV Pilates & Wellness, believes movement is about much more than exercise—it can help us reconnect with ourselves, clear our minds, build confidence, and feel more at home in our bodies. She also brings a personal connection to neurodivergence through her sister’s lived experience. An ASL interpreter will be available throughout the evening. 🛍️ The first 30 guests will receive a complimentary swag bag. ☕ Every attendee will receive a complimentary regular drink from Hot Coffee Cafe, courtesy of Sensory Canada. Cancellation Policy
Hot Coffee Café & Play – Event Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate our guests. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our staff, the following cancellation policy applies to all special events, evening rentals, and private bookings: 1. Cancellations Made More Than 7 Days Before the Event • Clients may cancel more than 7 days before the scheduled event time. • A cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking cost will apply. • The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method. 2. Cancellations Within 7 days of the Event • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable. • No credits or transfers will be issued. 3. No-Shows • Failure to attend a booked event without prior notice is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
