Weekday Birthday Parties at Hot Coffee Café & Play 🎉 Celebrate your child’s special day with us — the perfect mix of fun, play, and coffee time for parents! Our weekday birthday package is just $195 for 1.5 hours and includes: Start times available are 5:00pm or 5:30 pm. Please request start time in comment with Birthday kids name and age. ✨ Exclusive use of the play room for 1.5 hours ✨ 10 - Free Hot Chocolate coupons (For Birthday guests) ✨ Time for cake, presents, and play ✨ Assistance from our friendly staff for setup and cleanup ✨ Tv available for use Please note - Play equipment not recommended for kids over 8 - Room rental only from 8-14 years. Add-ons available: - High Tea food $80 for 10 kids -Board games (ages 7-14) $25 - Extra time (30 mins) $40 Available Monday to Thursday between 5–7 PM — ideal for a relaxed after-school celebration! Add-ons like food and drink packages, decorations, or exclusive playroom access are also available. Book your weekday party today and make your celebration stress-free and full of smiles!
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling can be completed up until 24hours prior to booking time. You can change your reservation online yourself! Log in and reschedule for a date that works for you! We understand that plans change, children get sick and things happen! We are also a small family run business and spots are limited. We do not offer any refunds for play sessions. We only offer the option to reschedule the booking to a future date. If you cancel the booking you will not be refunded. Impromptu events: Hot Coffee Café & Play welcomes all families to enjoy our space. To ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone, hosting birthday parties during regular play sessions is not permitted. We want everyone during the play sessions to have a great experience. Any celebration involving cake/cupcakes, gifts, or organized group activities is considered a birthday party and must be booked through our Birthday Party Package. If a birthday party is hosted without a booking, the remainder of a birthday party fee will be applied. To celebrate with us, please book a birthday party package in advance.
