Ideal for birthdays, gatherings, and family celebrations, providing entertainment and premium service for your guests. 🎉 Birthday Party Information - Hot Coffee Café & Play 🎈 Party Package – $275 plus tax Includes: ✅ 2 Hours of reserved party time ✅ Exclusive use of room ✅ Access to cafe menu for additional food purchases (Pre-ordering recommended) ✅ 10 Free Kids Hot Chocolates coupons - For Goodie Bags Optional Food Package $49 plus tax ✅ 2 Pizzas (Choice of Cheese or Pepperoni) ✅ 1 Jug of Juice or Pop Food & Cake Policy 🍕 Outside food is not permitted. 🍽️ Additional food and drinks can be purchased from our café menu. 👉 Please let us know in advance what you'd like to order. 🎂 You may bring your own cake or cupcakes. Additional 30 minutes available for some bookings - Add on Important Party Guidelines 👟 Socks must be worn by all attendees (kids & adults). 🧍 Maximum 10 children per party. - Contact us if there might be extra children. 🕑 Please be respectful of your 2-hour time limit. ✅ All attendees MUST complete our waiver before entering the playroom. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policies More than 7 days' notice: You will receive a full refund, minus a $25 admin fee. Less than 7 days' notice: A 50% refund will be issued. Less than 48 hours' notice or no-show: The full amount is non-refundable. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your party once, free of charge, if notice is given at least 7 days in advance. Rescheduling with less than 7 days' notice will be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee, and is based on availability. Notes All changes must be requested in writing via email. info@hotcoffeecafe.ca We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule in the event of an emergency or unforeseen closure, in which case a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
